📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team's projects.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
• Support the legal team in managing case files and maintaining legal records.
• Assist in the coordination of legal matters with external parties, such as clients and vendors.
• Participate in meetings and legal workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and other legal materials.
• Support the legal team in the preparation of legal strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a law program or have recently graduated with a law degree.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Basic knowledge of corporate law and legal research.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Clio and DocuSign, is a plus.
