📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption to identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and hospitality, with a strong background in facility management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and supervising engineering teams.
• Certifications in relevant engineering disciplines, such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
