📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for application development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the work of a team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT project and application development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management.
• Manage and optimize project resources to ensure efficient use and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project and application development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
