📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on Amaterasun sunscreen products to customers, helping them choose the right products for their skin type and needs.
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience that aligns with Amaterasun’s brand values.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure product availability.
• Promote Amaterasun products through in-store marketing activities and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with the Beautyhaul team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the brand’s growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry to provide relevant advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of a beauty brand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with beauty retail software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
