📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Leverage AWS services for infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFront.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
Monitor application performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFront.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, with experience implementing and maintaining pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.
Passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
