📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist primary school teachers in lesson planning and preparation, using tools like Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams.
• Support students in the classroom, providing individual attention and encouragement.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers using our school's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Organize and manage classroom materials, ensuring a well-structured and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement our school's innovative learning approaches, such as project-based learning and inquiry-based instruction.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities, contributing to the vibrant cultural and academic life of HELP International School.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity, respecting the diverse backgrounds of our student body.
• Stay updated on best practices in bilingual education and share insights with the teaching team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with primary school students, preferably in a bilingual or international school setting.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Certification in Teaching Assistant or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
