📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at multiple locations in Bali, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor storage solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maximized.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with the national office to ensure consistent implementation of company-wide strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the storage or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of storage solutions, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with warehouse management software like WMS.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
