📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and distribution systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical infrastructure.
• Work with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of electrical technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems across the facility.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
• Certification in electrical safety and compliance (e.g., NECA, OSHA).
• Proficient in using electrical maintenance software (e.g., EAM, CMMS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
