PT. Asia Indopack Industries is seeking a talented and experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to join our Flexible Packaging Manufacturing team in Cikarang, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and controlling production processes, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient use of resources. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials and components.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
