📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of pet food products.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of production and logistics staff to ensure they are equipped to meet operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in the pet food industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production and logistics operations.
