Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the accounting functions for Macquarie's investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support investment decision-making and stakeholder communication.
• Work closely with investment teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the accounting team.
• Represent Macquarie Group at industry events and conferences, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on investment management.
• Proven track record in managing complex accounting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with investment teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
