📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Maintain records of training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and skill enhancement.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
