📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
  • Work with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.
  • Edit and proofread documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other writers to ensure consistency in tone and style.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical questions.
  • Participate in product development meetings and provide feedback on documentation needs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
