Cezars Kitchen is looking for a Site Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations, as well as managing and training our site teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and compliance programs for the site.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.,Manage and train site teams on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are properly maintained and used.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that safety and compliance are integrated into all aspects of operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in safety and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Certification in OHS, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Safety and Health Administrator (OSHA).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with safety management software and systems is a plus.
