📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between logistics processes and business objectives.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to gain insights into delivery performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and delivery management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and delivery industry.
• Represent Foodpanda at industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and delivery management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and systems, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, and JDA.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
