In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation that supports our products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead a team of technical writers and ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of technical writers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.,Create and manage technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API references.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical documentation.,Provide training and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical documentation to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in creating and managing technical documentation.,Proven experience in leading a team of technical writers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality documentation.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
