Warung Wati Dental Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the clinic's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated efficiently, and used effectively to support our daily operations. This is a crucial position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the clinic's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Manage vehicle schedules, including fuel, oil, and tire rotations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Work closely with the clinic's management team to develop and implement fleet management strategies.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
