📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high levels of customer service and transaction accuracy.,Oversee daily cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor and report cashier performance to ensure targets are met.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cash transactions and customer interactions.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
