📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent service quality.,Create and maintain cocktail menus, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol licensing and food safety standards.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Promote the bar's brand and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mixology and bar management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a similar establishment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid bartending license and food safety certification.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
