Town Market Indonesia is seeking a talented and passionate Junior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and laws.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
