Jaya Umar Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to be part of our dynamic office environment. As a Warehouse Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to preparing orders for delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.,Store and organize inventory in the warehouse according to company standards.,Prepare and pack orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our warehouse management system.,Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.,Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock loss.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
