Home Silver Jaya is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working from home and in the office. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and has a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with company records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide support in audits and internal reviews as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
