📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.,Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
