📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lessons to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans.,Support students with any additional learning materials or resources.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the organization and management of classroom resources.,Provide administrative support to the tutoring department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tutoring or educational setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
