📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback.,Coordinate with team members to address any issues or challenges.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.,Support the Supervisor in strategic planning and goal setting.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience in team building and conflict resolution.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
