📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations,Oversee and coordinate the work of branch staff to ensure efficient service delivery,Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular training and development sessions for branch staff,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Prepare and present regular reports to the Branch Manager and senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a corporate or financial institution,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
