Glow Zone Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, fuel management, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, insurance requirements, and environmental standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential problems and ensure they are addressed promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing fleet-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
