📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.,Maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Train and develop production team members.,Report to management on production progress and any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production or a related field.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production software and equipment.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role in the food industry is a plus.
