📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Oversee the scheduling and assignment of staff to ensure optimal productivity.,Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining high standards of service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the beauty or service industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
