📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with luxury brand management is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
