Hotel Dewi Bakery is looking for a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to staff on compliance and internal control matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit activities.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
