PT Unggul Pilar is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, health and safety, and diversity and inclusion.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
