📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.,Manage departmental budget and resources, ensuring that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company initiatives are successfully executed.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Participate in company meetings and events, representing the department and providing input on key issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and projects, with a focus on achieving results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to change.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
