📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
