📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing office administrative tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documents for internal and external use.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
• Processing and managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and files.
• Providing support to the management team with various administrative projects.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is required.
