📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Monitor and manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including accountants and bookkeepers.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.🛠️ Keahlian
